1. Warranty Coverage
Duration: The ENSIEN Home appliances comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
2. What is Covered
Manufacturing Defects: Issues arising from faulty materials or workmanship.
Functional Failures: Malfunctions that prevent the air fryer from operating as intended.
Replacement Parts: Covered components include the heating element, fan, and digital control panel, etc.
3. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Parts that degrade over time with regular use (e.g., non-stick coating, seals, etc).
Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow the user manual.
Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.
Accidental Damage: Damage from drops, spills, or other accidents.
Commercial Use: Products used for commercial purposes or in non-household settings.
Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Products bought from unauthorized dealers or resellers.
