Warranty Terms and Conditions

At ENSIEN, a brand under Alphaorbs Innovations Private Limited, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide coverage for your ENSIEN products. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: The ENSIEN Home appliances comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.


2. What is Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

  • Functional Failures: Malfunctions that prevent the air fryer from operating as intended.

  • Replacement Parts: Covered components include the heating element, fan, and digital control panel, etc.


3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Parts that degrade over time with regular use (e.g., non-stick coating, seals, etc).

  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow the user manual.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.

  • Accidental Damage: Damage from drops, spills, or other accidents.

  • Commercial Use: Products used for commercial purposes or in non-household settings.

  • Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Products bought from unauthorized dealers or resellers.


4. Warranty Claims Process
