Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. General Warranty Policy

  1. All ENSIEN products are covered by a standard limited warranty as specified for each product category at the time of purchase.

  2. Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase, based on an official purchase invoice.

  3. Warranty applies only to products purchased from ENSIEN-authorized dealers, distributors, or official online channels.

  4. All service requests—including on-site service—can be managed through the ENSIEN Care Platform.


2. Warranty Coverage

The ENSIEN limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and functional performance.

  • Component failures occurring under normal household use.

  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Physical damages, breakage, or cosmetic issues.

  • Damages due to power surges, voltage fluctuations, or environmental conditions.

  • Wear-and-tear parts such as filters, baskets, trays, and accessories.

  • Commercial or industrial use unless explicitly stated.


3. ENSIEN Care Platform

The ENSIEN Care Platform is the official digital service system for:

  • Online warranty registration

  • On-site service scheduling (where available)

  • Pickup and drop service requests

  • Creating and tracking service tickets

  • Accessing manuals, FAQs, updates, and product guidance

  • Receiving real-time repair status notifications

Customers are encouraged to register products for faster claim processing.


4. On-Site Warranty

ENSIEN offers On-Site Warranty Service for eligible products and eligible locations.

4.1 What On-Site Warranty Includes

  • A trained ENSIEN technician will visit the customer’s location to inspect and repair the product.

  • If on-site repair is not possible, the technician will facilitate product pickup for off-site servicing.

4.2 Eligibility

On-site warranty is applicable:

  • Only for products and regions explicitly listed by ENSIEN as “On-Site Service Eligible”

  • For issues covered under standard warranty terms

  • For households within ENSIEN’s approved service coverage areas

4.3 Exclusions

On-site service is not available for:

  • Remote or non-serviceable regions

  • Products with physical damage, liquid damage, or customer-induced faults

  • Accessories, detachable parts, and consumables

4.4 Customer Responsibilities

During an on-site service request, customers must:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the installation location

  • Ensure the product is easily accessible for inspection

  • Provide valid proof of purchase and claim details


5. Warranty Claim Requirements

For any claim (including on-site service):

  1. Valid invoice/proof of purchase

  2. Product model and serial number

  3. Description of the issue (photos/videos may be required)

  4. Service request ID. (generated via ENSIEN Care Platform)


6. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Submit the service request on:

    • ENSIEN Care Platform

    • ENSIEN Customer Support Email

    • Authorized ENSIEN Service Centers

  2. ENSIEN evaluates the claim and assigns the appropriate service (on-site, pickup, or drop-off).

  3. ENSIEN will repair, replace defective parts, or provide a replacement if the product is non-repairable.

  4. Repaired or replaced items continue under the remaining warranty.


7. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Warranty is non-transferable.

  • Unauthorized repairs instantly void the warranty.

  • ENSIEN is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Warranty does not cover damage from pests, moisture, corrosion, or environmental factors.


8. Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided only when:

  • The product is declared irreparable by ENSIEN technicians.

  • Manufacturing defects persist after attempted repairs.

Replacement units may be:

  • The same model, or

  • A similar/equivalent model depending on availability.


9. International Warranty

  • ENSIEN warranty is country-specific.

  • Claims must be made in the country of purchase unless covered under special programs.


10. ENSIEN Rights & Modifications

ENSIEN reserves the right to:

  • Modify terms & conditions without notice

  • Decline claims that violate policy conditions

  • Request additional documentation before approval
